晚餐吃的有點可憐,因為原本煎了一大塊魚,結果老爺説那是油魚,非常非常不健康的,就⋯⋯⋯丟了(老天爺祢原諒我,現在顧得了健康,顧不了浪費了😭)
但是為什麼對人體不健康的魚還能在魚攤上販賣呢?

只要有蕃茄跟柴魚粉,一道多樣的菜就不難,今天有6樣。吃飽飽、熱量少少,又不無聊
今天用四季豆跟木耳換掉了白花椰菜

老爺今天心血來潮想吃外賣早餐,已經是跟小人分半份早餐了,為了低醣,又抽掉半片吐司,只留一片,只好又用電鍋蒸了一顆水煮蛋,然後清炒了一些花椰菜,不管怎麼調整飲食,都得要吃飽😬
