So I'm going to try to get in the mindset and do my best at eating better. I'm going to try not to starve myself, I'm going to try not to overeat. Due to having pulmonary edema I have a fluid restriction of 80 ounces. I've been really bad lately at over drinking my fluid amount. I want to try to stay in between 1600 to 1800 calories a day. I want to also start walking daily. I'm going to weigh myself when I get home after work. I also want to try and only weigh myself weekly.

so I did well. I work overnight and one of the main issues is that I like to snack while working. Well, I drank about 28 ounces of water and did no snacking. I just came home. I'm about to eat some sugar free jello and watch some TV. I'm hoping to stay awake for a few hours. I will weigh myself later today.

So it's been in the negatives all day today. Not sure if it is the weather, but I haven't been hungry all day and I'm still not. I did force myself to eat dinner though. I might eat some sugar free jello later tonight. I'm not sure yet. I'm trying to drink anywhere from 80 ounces to 100 ounces of water per day. I'm not having trouble with that so that's great. I've been making sure that I document everything I eat.

Having many food aversions today. Not sure why. I guessing it could be that I'm trying to get over being sick still. It seems like once I feel better completely in the next few days I get sick again whether it's a nasty cold or sinus issues. I hate the winter, but I love the cold. I honestly just want to stay bundled up in bed with all my blankets and not have to worry about the outside world.

So I tried making frozen broccoli in the air fryer. I burnt the hell out of it. I still tried it to see if I was edible. it was not. so now I decided I wanted something sour-ish so now I'm eating valasic banana pepper rings.
