Saturday was interesting. Went to Spur, actually ate the onion rings which I enjoyed more than the chicken breasts because they were so sweet! 🙈 Ended up at a party in the evening where I only drank Jack Daniels. Everything was going perfectly fine until someone brought out chips and there was Nik Nacks. 😭 Between my injured hamstring and stupidly kicking myself out of ketosis, I feel like an idiot. 😔 On the bright side the keto rash is no longer driving me crazy. yay. 😣

It's a lose/lose situation. Losing the tummy and my friends stopped talking to me today! I never expected this sort of thing from the friends I made at gym!! 😟 Doesn't make it less sadder though.
