I'm still here as I have not broke my fast..12 hrs now...

I weighed this morning after letting loose a small lake( clear,no wildlife to worry about but I still wouldn't swim in it) REAAADY 4 this?
174 before eating,drinking last night, 176 after...today's weight is 171.
171...after a Piss! Yesterday I lifted pretty hard (all push stuff)chest delts,and Biceps, ALWAYS ab day of some sort. then "H.I.I.T." first bike,rowing machine,crank machine (5x each) then did HIIT in the pool with flippers and water resistance dumb bells. then a 30 minute steam bath. When I weighed after all the working out, it was 174. HIIT (by my research has been said to continuously burn fat 24/7,I think it does just that. And celery will help you pee...FLUSH it all out. If not, then OK. If that's not what technically it's about ,I'm fine with that, But I can't argue with results AKA MY results. Happy Losings FS !

I'm under, way under but I'm full I can't eat another bite.
today was one of two heavy workout days:
worked the iron hard today, then HIIT ,then various swimming things I do. 3hrs' worth minus the rest periods and changing into swim shorts. I'm burnt,
I feel great! Made Baked Beef Ravioli and just ate over a pound of it, solid food, Italian food lol very dense.

that's over my mark, 2880 is my total today is supposed to be my refeed day but I moved it to yesterday, today will be fast til late afternoon workout, eat up to 2160 cals and that's that! .
I weighed in today after eating all that < I ate the dinner first, (left out the 1/2 cup of rigatoni w/ground beef and 4 black olives)
then did a 2 hr show. (moving sweating, using muscles) then drank 2 shots of fire ball,1 Patron, 2 Sierra Nevada's & have not No.2'd yet.. weighed in at 174? scales broke maybe?
.drank 2 bottles of lemon water...weighed again 176. I'm going to workout now. be back later. but I ate several pounds of food and drank beers, where is it?

Legs still toast, went to gym last night after dinner, stretched in hot tub,steam room,swam to shock my muscles, hot tub, steam room,swam again, about the 2nd hour of this I started getting dizzy, I think the lactic acid and waste built up in my legs was releasing back into my system and giving almost flu like symptoms... weak,scratchy throat light headedness a very strange feeling never the less. however skipped the gym today but have 4 pull up bars through out the house so every time a pass under them I do some type of work, abs, pull ups.
