doing the best I can. had health issues with leg all winter it finally caught me. however I've been mindful of diet and kept on track. progress is much slower however I'm below my initial goal and still looking. I just got cleared to walk again so wish me luck I do hope after the he'll week I usually experience when getting moving again I'll be able to stick it through and get another pillar to lean on! keep up the good work all.

due to ongoing health issue with old spider bite I've had to lay low. I hit my original goal and I have kept up with eatinging properly. I've been thinking of my next goal. quite really I'm tired of this leg issue and the doctors in this area just aren't equipped. I need to do something before I suffer limb loss due to ignorance on the doctors parts. not disrespecting, I'm just concerned when they all just want to throw the same antibiotic at it. things grow immune to antibiotics given enough time. anyway. good weigh in today and I felt good enough to walk so I got 30 min in! yay!

silly internet troolllololoed my entry. anyways my business partner has been very ill for two weeks. he was in the hospital for flu and other. I've been working 10 to 14 hour days plus running my household. on top of that my son decided to shove a finger in the hole in my leg causing another blood infection and myself I've been fighting the bronchial infection / grade a flu that's been floating in the area. my life partners ex decided today to do some very dispicalble things. so after a day of me getting lawyers and going after him legally I've finally got to the gym at 11 pm because I promised myself now that I'm off antibiotics and physically I'm stronger and breathing is good again I would get back to pillar four. my lovely treadmill at station one. my diet though not recorded due to absolutely no time personal at all has been kept too. I've kept up with water intake. I just haven't been strong enough to walk it out. I have lost 7 pounds though in two weeks and still totaled an average calory burn of roughly 6 k to 7 k a day with the stress and ling hours. thanks basis for the awesome info. I did adjust down some of my fat intake while being less active which I'm sure helped and increased berries and veggies. good day all and I hope you are all doing well too!
