doing well, feeling well - sticking to it best I can ( with a little slip up here and there) but I'm not beating myself up about it - going at my own pace ~ making good choices when I can - all and all - happy with my progress

today is ok - finding myself hungry more than I should but I'm fighting it - amde dinner for tonight already - so I'm prepared not to cheat - have a busy few days coming up and prepared thinga ahead of time - I should be on track but every weekend is a struggle - but I"m thinking positive and food is already made so lets see if that works

doing ok - following everything like I should - needing to work on eating at night - keep going back for things I'm not even hungry for - all night long - that's gotta stop - its the right food but too much of it - don't know what the problem is but need to fix it

feeling good today - had a little mishap last night and ate 4 slices of an apple with chocolate but I'm back on track today - doing the best I can - knowing I'm not perfect - this is not a race and there will be times, events, weekends and parties that will tempt me and sometimes I loose the battle but you just wake up every morning and try again to get it right - I'm not beating myself up anymore - it doesn't help - trying to be kinder to myself on every level - some days will be better than others and you just keep at it never giving up

Lost two more pounds!!! I'm just thrilled! I didn't think I would after my slip up on Saturday but I didn't effect my weight loss - maybe it will later in the week but that's ok - I went food shopping last night and good everything I need to be successful this week - and I will be - I'm so happy right now - even though i'm no where near my goal weight - I haven't been this number for a very looonnnggg time - Hurray for ME!!!!
