Coucou tous le monde... bon ça y'est j'ai réussi à atteindre mon objectif... même un peu plus j'ai perdu 13,25kg en 3mois... j'ai fait la reverse diet donc augmenté mes calories au fur et à mesure avant d'avoir atteint le poids souhaité... maintenant faut plus que je rentre ce que je mange sur l'application car j'ai du mal à accepter de manger plus et je deviens toké a peser tout ce que je mange... faut juste que je mange sain et équilibré tout en respectant a peu près le nombre de calories par jour... je vais tenter cette semaine de ne rien rentrée et on verra à la pesé de lundi prochain si ça fonctionne... 🤞🤞🤞
