It’s Friday. My package came. This is what me treating myself looks like. 💚🍵💚
Not only do I find if delicious, Studies show that drinking Matcha before a workout will increase fat burning by 25%. Yay, matcha!

Hit my 10,000 steps in one day goal. And I still have my 2 mile run to go. My work day was so nuts... I got 5 miles of walking done! Now I’m finally home with my leftover salad from last night with a little arugula mixed in... and a little extra greenery on the side to unwind. 😉

Breaking back into eating with smaller portion sizes after my almost 3 day fast. Started the morning out with some lemon water and a 1 mile power walk/jog. Came home and had 1/4 cup of Siggi’s Icelandic style yogurt, tiny drizzle of honey, 1/4 banana, tbsp of ground flax seed, and a tbsp of cinnamon. Tasted like a dang Irish potato! Now I’m at work working on a huuuge house, so that’s going to keep me moving. :)

Somewhere I heard you should have a picture of your inspiration for weight loss/fitness goals. I’ve been following Lisa from BodyRock fitness for years and have always hoped to attain this level of chiseled fitness. Goals.
