So iv been intermittent fasting since the 1/03/2018. It was going really well , losing 1kg a week. I plateaued after 2 kgs though. I have now incorporated exercise , 3 x weekly . This week i have been incredibly starved though. Over my calorie count everyday , waking up starving every morning , which i didnt experience initially . Could it be hormonal ? Becoming despondent

Iv bee intermittent fasting 8:16 and calorie counting for the last 2 weeks . Aiming to lose 5kg , it doesnt seem much , but i’v been struggling for years, and tried everything including exercise, diet and pills and combinations.
Intermittent fasting has shown the quickest results thus far... losing 2 kg - but it seems now , my weight has plateaued, and kinda bouncing around. Any tips ?
