Happy morning! Day 1 of 126... Setting goals with a date have always been a great motivation for me! So here I go! Let’s get this! Starting at 145.8 lb, on my way to 130 lb!

So this is where it truly starts! I am planning this weight loss journey for the next 18 weeks. I would like to get as close down to 130 lb. This is 15.8 lb less, so it’s - 0,88 lb per week. I can do this!! 💪🏻🧘🏻♀️
