Body Sculping Class at the gym today - got in a great workout. I've been doing great in the working out department but unless I get my eating under control it's not going to do me any good.
75 here today - I need to get back to where I was last summer and that means better/smaller choices and cutting out late night snacking. It's just a bad habit - I'm not really hungry.
Doing great on my 100 mile in 100 days challenge - Almost there.

It was 5! degrees when I came to work this morning - it sucks. I don't even want to get out of bed.
I HATE winter weather. Still have snow on the ground and some slick spots. I'm going to take a body pump class at the gym today as much for my body as for my mental health.

Bought myself a fitbit for Christmas and I'm ready to get going again. Went to body pump class yesterday and I am super sore today. I also signed up for a 100 miles in 100 days challenge.
Need to get on the scale just to measure where I'm at so I can start recording progress.
I'm looking forward to the holiday's being over and things slowing down - A LOT. No more excuses that I'm just too busy.

I've been doing protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and then eating a regular dinner as a way of 'resetting' how much I have been eating.
Didn't weight in but pants are fitting better. Also been trying to take the Tuesday Boot Camp class and Thursday Body Pump class at the Gym each week. Been sore but its getting easier and I upped my weight in Boday Pump today. Walking about 4 miles during lunch the other 3 days a week when I'm not in class.
Sorry to see summer end - Not sure I feel like I really had a summer but I enjoy fall. But It is cooling off quickly.

Feeling FAT, FAT, FAT.
Need to get it together but just keep overeating everyday and pants are getting tigher and tigher. Boo
