Happy New Year!! Time to get back in the saddle (again). I aim aiming to be mindful to only eat when hungry, to eat within an 8 hour window, and to stop obsessing over the scale. Good luck to everyone with individual goals!!

Alrighty then! Knee surgery definitely set back exercise for four months, which always plays into my eating habits.
Back on the bikeā¦back on the road to better eating and listening to my body.
I would love a daily accountability partner if anyone would like to volunteer.
Did walk Pilates to start the day, now heading out for a bike ride. Bowl of cereal to put some energy in (Life cereal with unsweetened almond milk).
