Goal was to eat 160g of protein. Today I had 176g, a lot of it thanks to my new protein powder that arrived today (18g protein per serving), which also helped to get my calories just over 2,500 - putting me in a calorie surplus of 200 calories.
All in all everything’s on track and I hope to be gaining a couple kgs. :)

Gym pump 💪 leg day
Sesh lasted 1hr 40mins, lifted 10578kg total
Also- tried single leg rdls today and omg they burn 😱
I’ll use this to compare w/ after the bulk and see where my glutes take me :p (I also want to “fill out” my top a bit more)
