There is NO entry for food last night because I just wasn't hungry. That happens a lot to me when I am low carbing. I MUST try to get some food in (even if it is protein drink) because I know that too little food is worst than over eating. Now...I did defrost some fettucine alfredo and was going to eat that...BUT I have been doing so great with my eating I didn't see the senseof ruining everything. I am going to Walmart and get some Dreamfields pasta plus make my own low carb version of alfredo sauce...gonna get in my pasta fix but in a way that won't affect me. Gonna add my lunch and then try to be great about the entries today for food. The lack of exercise will change...I have more energy now and since I have been sober for almost two weeks there is no alcohol in my system to sweat out. I'm blessed!

I have been following Atkins to the letter. I am not seeing massive drop in weight BUT I am seeing inches lost. I have to remember that the scale does not take into consideration muscle, water weight, bones, etc...My clothes are fitting me better. So...inches inches inches...I am shrinking in size. Just need to remember that...this is the low carb life... :)

It is possible to eat low carb at a fast food restaurant and NOT pay extra. That entire Burger King breakfast for me was the same price (or cheaper) than the value meals they offer...$4.69. I am seeing a drop in my weight since I stopped drinking. :)

Ok...gonna weigh myself at the end of the week. Since Monday I have been basically eating clean. Just not exercising like I should. I got on the scale last night

,exercise daily, and rest from now on. I started the 21 days to a habit challenge...maybe I should follow my own advice??
