I've been reading many articles in relation to foods to avoid. It looks like I may start eliminating tomatoes, peanuts, cashews, beans and grains, these all contain lectins. I will start snacking on walnuts, pistachios, dark chocolate. I will also be using EVOO.

I agree with so many active individuals, in that, dieting does not have to be a struggle or uncomfortable. A lot of us can eat what we want, we need to be careful not to eat too much and not too late in the evening.
