Did really well today...although I don't think sushi is on the menu for phase 1!! Green tea really seems to curb my appetite. I think I'm going to start drinking that in the evening so I don't snack after dinner, which is a big problem for me. Other than the sushi (although I only ate about 4 pieces), today was really good! Didn't get as much excercise in as I wanted...hopefully more tomorrow.

Yesterday I had a horrible migraine, so I wasn't able to get on here. On the plus side, I felt so crappy that I didn't really eat either:) So at least that helped me out a little. Today, I'm feeling much better and also am back on track with eating healthy and getting in some mild exercise before work. Anyone have any thoughts on mixing up some foods during the first phase? I get so bored with the same old foods, and that is usually what gets me. Any suggestions are welcome:)

Yesterday wasn't the best. I did well for the first part of the day, but then I went out to dinner and a restaurant known for its burgers.....so I got one. Ugh, I definitely know what my weakness is! I have such a hard time picking out things I know I should be eating when I'm out to eat. I just want something that will be good that I don't often make at home. Today I have done really well though, I'm trying to make up for it! Hopefully I can keep things going in the right direction. Have a good weekend everyone

Day 3: Feeling good! My dress pants and jeans are feeling a little less tight...I know it's mostly water weight, but I don't really care! It feels better and it keeps me motivated! Last night I did have a slip up. I woke up around 1:15 and could not go back to bed for the life of me! Around 3:30 my stomach was growling and hurting so bad I got up and had 2 granola bars....not included during phase 1!! I was kinda mad at myself, but I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday and I ran for a half an hour so I kind of justified it. Still, I will not be doing that in the future! I also went through photo albums from high school last night and picked out 4 pictures of mysef to give me motivation as well. I was a big athlete in high school and was pretty skinny/fit, so getting back to that weight is a huge goal of mine! I'm going to weigh myself either tomorrow or Thursday so I can put a new weight in since my weight entered in here is olllllllld. Thats' it...sorry it's long!

DAY 2: I did really well yesterday until dinner. It was my bday dinner and my grandparents came over so I wasn't able to pick what I wanted to eat for that night. I did excercise for a little over an hour with half of that time jogging so I felt good about that! Today has gone really well so far...not sure if I'll have time for excercise, but I'm going to try REALLY hard to get it in tonight! I NEED to keep this up....
