I want to share the diet that works for me. I try to eat 500call under my maintenance. My macros are 60%protein: to feel full, build muscle and 20% of pure protein gets burned by digestion so you can eat more volume.( Try eating lean meat and egg whites) 20% carbs for energy and nutrients. 20%fat from natural sources. I came from 135kg/300lbs so in for the first few months I aimed at 2kg/week, at the 100kg/220lbs mark I aimed to lose 1kg/week and from the 90kg/200 pounds I aimed to lose 0.5kg/week. I did this with a call tracker (Loseit) and adapted my intake on a weekly base, because water weight can fluctuate from day to day. I don't really do cardio except from walking my dog, however I do weightlifting 5 times a week for 1hour sessions. your maintain call will increase if you gain more muscle.

Now I am still eating these macros however I'm maintaining my weight of 80-81kg/180lbs(your goal varies due to muscle mass/fat percentage) You will need to do this for at least another 6months to avoid jojoing. current call intake 3000kcal
