I became a single parent this year (2020) wife decided she wanted the single life more so... That's that.
I broke my collar bone Mountain Biking (actually separated it on both ends)in May of 2018 and gained 25lbs in the next 2 years after the injury.
I tried working out lightly, ride the exercise bike lightly, anything I did just kept re-injuring it. At the time I was MTB'ing and working out pretty intensely so I was consuming upward amounts of 3000 to 3500 calories a day.
I had an impossible time trying to cut back as well.
In the process I got up to 200lbs I should be around 175 - 180, I'd be happy at 185 with more muscle, we'll see.
So here I am, Hello ;-)
