Hey guys :) My name is Staci. I am a 22 yr. old, between 135-140 lbs., and 5'6". My goal isn't so much about weight because I have gained weight since joining the gym due to muscle. If I can just change my eating habits, I'd be able to lose some fat. I just want to be happy with my body and quit obsessing over it. Overall, I want to gain confidence and a healthy lifestyle.
