I am a single mother of two beautiful children, my youngest being mentally handicapped. She takes up 99% of my day for the last 4 years and I have forgotten about myself. She started handicapped pre-k this past year and I really got time to myself and spent alot of time at the gym. I lost 90 lbs. on my own and now I am stuck. I have started the South Beach Diet because I am also a chef and the food is wonderful. I have never done a diet like this before though. I am really scared to give up carbs (the devil). I hope for great progress. I only have 40 lbs. to go. Good luck everyone.
