I am a 66 year old married male who retired in 2016. I suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon which stopped me in my tracks for a long time. I went from 160lbs to 205lbs and feel like crap. I am determined to get this weight off through diet and exercise. I am currently at 177 and losing.
