Hello, i am an emotional eater. I am also Bi polar. When i get stressed I tend to eat it away. I have been exercising more. I also have started to eat right. I have alot of carbs in my diet. I would like to reduce that if possible. This site is giving me a great opportunity to lose weight.I used to weigh 160. After my children have grown I have put on the weight. I was at 257. I tried Weight Watchers and lost 27 pounds. But it was exspensive. Im tring it now on my own and thur this site. I work for a major Bank. I work 40 hours a week on a computer help desk.
