Hi my name is Brenda and I am going to turn 52 in May. I am married and have 2 grown son's ages 33 and 32 and 4 awesome grandsons with another grandchild arriving in June(Hope for a girl)but as long as the baby is healthy that is all that matters! I am a CNA of 32 years,do home health care and love it!!

I am an emotional eater for 34 years now,I have been as high as 250 pounds and as low as 129.I have had some health issues and my worry is that I am hypoglycemia and reactive hypoglcemia so I really need to get my eating under control before it turns into the big D!!!
