I am a wife and mother of 3 girls. I've never met a cookie I didn't like! In fact, one of the reasons I think God is leading me towards losing a few lbs is I use food to comfort myself when my anxiety acts up. I even offer my girls a cookie when they get hurt. What kind of message is that!
My goal in life is to live a balanced life. If one has a cupcake one should at the very least walk half a block. If I work hard I should play hard. Between being an Army wife and all the stress that birngs, and a mother of 3; I want to find the balance and harmony of the life God has planned for me. So Wii Fit board here I come!
