OK so at my heaviest I was 400 pounds I am now down to 234. I had the gastric sleeve done October 16, 2015. I have always been heavy and sedentarty as I was very sick with Asthma, and COPD since I was 4 years old. SO being Italian and not active ...........well nough said on that one. What really pisses me off is the amount of people that compliment me on the loss then say," you know only 1 in five people don't gain it all back"
