I'm on my third year of working on myself as well as everything else.. I'm 5' 3" and 135 pounds. Started out at 180. I'm happy with where I am, but am always trying to become a better version of myself. Currently I go to a fitness class (aerobic and weight lifting) 2 - 3 times a week and run 3 days a week. Always try to allow myself 1 day a week to rest.
