I am currently using fatsecret to keep track of the percentage of calories I get from protein. I am vegetarian and I am working to put on muscle mass, which will hopefully help me lose some body fat later. I am lifting weights 3x a week. I hope to increase this to 4x. But thanks to a stressful job, I find it a challenge to keep this up. With my upcoming Spring Break (I am a teacher) and Summer I plan to perfect my habits and skills to attain my goal of bringing my body fat % to about 15 or 16 %.
