I am 30 years old. I have struggled with my weight for years and lost almost 25 pounds in 2005. I play soccer and injured my knee about 2 years ago and have been gaining weight since. With my knee being injured I haven't been able to work out. I finally had knee surgery on the 12th of February and am finally getting back to the gym! Hoping the weight starts to come off quickly. I am getting married next summer and really want to look great on my big day!!
