Hi Everyone!! My name is Kylie, and I'm 51 years old, a mom, wife, dog-lover, and New Hampshire native. I'm here to recover from a herniated disc and get back to hiking, walking, mountain biking and skiing. I also want to develop and sustain a commitment to weight training and 18:6 IF. I currently weight train 3-4 days a week for 30-40 minutes, mostly for stability, recovery and bone density. I want to develop healthier eating habits also! I love to cook and love to have adventures diversifying my food choices. I am also looking for sustainable food inspiration from one and all!! Happy 2023 everyone!
