well i have finally woken up and smelled the coffee! it is time to hit the treadmill and lose this awful fat. i am just so sick and tired of being overweight. a few things tick me off - like going into shops and they dont sell any clothes that will fit you or just getting the nasty looks from complete strangers. i am also feeling so unhealthy and i know now is the time to get rid of it all and get into better shape so that i am happier and healthier. so today is D day - not the end of the world but the begining of my new life.

so my altimate goal is 60kg but for now i want to break the 3 digits and get into the double digits by the end of September. yes i can do it:D
