My goal is to reach a weight of 130 lbs. in a healthy way and sustain that weight. My intention is to do this from a good feeling place letting intuition be my guide. I am listening to my inner quiet voice that let's me know what my next step is. This time around, I want the journey to be joyful, easy, and effortless. It means taking inspired action, not dragging my rebellious self all the way.
I am happily married, live & work (doing market research for music education company) in NJ, and have two human kids (girl in engineering at college and boy working out in the Bay Area. I have two furry kids who purr a lot, sit on my shoulders and my lap, and help to keep my level of contentment high.
Last May, I broke my left foot and am still healing from that, so my exercise is limited for now. But normally, I love hiking and walking (especially to lively music).
My favorite things (in no particular order) include: music, Mother Nature, animals, sitting by a cracking fire, listening to water (the ocean, a mountain stream, etc.), musicals, flowers, well-written books (especially science fiction and fantasy), hiking in a beautiful place, watching a romantic comedy with witty dialog, things that appeal to the senses (e.g., yummy colors, delicious food, gardenias), the law of attraction, metaphysics, deep conversations, and listening to comedy.
