I am 35 years old. I am married with five wonderful children. Unfortunately, I have been battling with weight issues since I was in my pre-teen years.
I would like to lose about a 75-100lbs. I have started working out with my friend on the weekend. I also have my own work out routine I do during the week at home.
I can honestly say that this is the first time I have felt motivated to lose weight. I have my friend to push me, as well as the fact that I want to be able to do more things with my kids.
I also hope to find some support from some of the members in groups/challenges I have joined on here.
