After working in hospitality for years on end i have always gone up and down with my weight but always around 70-80 kg (sorry from australia not sure on pounds.. okay i just looked up 1kg = 2.21 pounds so you will know what im talking about :) so above would be 154lbs- 176lbs ) Once i broke my foot and i was bed ridden for a while and then when i got back on my feet i wasn't doing much and my weight flew up to about 95-100kg or 210-221lbs. Once i got back to work and into a routine is slowly went back down so i thought hey i could lose even more if i tried so after lot's of work and going to the gym and eating right i got down to 60kg or 132lbs. I kept it off for nearly 2 years then I got out of hospitality and started in an office job and it all went down hill from there. Now im at 105kg!!!! or 233lbs and need something to help kick start my weight lost to get me on a roll :) So i have started the intensive plan where im replacing all three meals and drinking lot's and lot's of water and i get two cups of low starch veg. It's day three and i have lost 3kg or 6.6lbs, Doctor said first week i will probably lose a bit but then will steady out. Trying to do all 3 meals for a couple of weeks but it feels like my stomach is eating it self :) so we will see. I then go down to one health meal and 2 replacement shakes. Good Luck ME!!!!
