42 yo OEF Vet. I joing fatsecret while deployed, where I shed about 30 lbs, working out every other day and doing cardio 5 days a week and eating a very low calorie diet. When I returned, I put 30 lbs back on. A year later, I started getting back into fitness, and while my weight really hasnt gone down, my fat and waist have. I am ok with this, since I have gained muscle. I still struggle with running.
