Hello all, I'm a 43 yr old woman with fibromyalgia who has steadily been gaining weight for the past 15 yrs. I started the Keto diet a few days ago, and so far so good. I'm never hungry, and have already lost a few pounds. It is most likely water weight, but at this point, I'll take what I can get ;) I think this is the most inspired I've been on any diet, as I am hopeful it will not only help me lose all this excess weight, but also ease my fibro symptoms. If you're looking for some inspiration on the benefits of losing weight and eating unprocessed foods, I recommend you watch "The Magic Pill" currently playing on Netflix. Little by little, the more info we have,the more we keep trying, the more we are likely to make the right choices & finally get it done :)
