53 year old female. Menopausal. Just diagnosed two months ago with diabetes. Blood sugar of 137 and A1C of 6.5. Prescribed Metformin (500mg) once a day. Goal to reverse diabetes by exercising, losing weight, and eating right. Active off and on. Very active now. Exercising 4-6 times a week for at least an hour. Work full time, married with one grown child. No grandchildren yet.
