I am middle aged which includes lots of the typical 50-year old issues both good and not so pleasant. Nevertheless, I delight in being free to do as I please, when I please (meaning no dependent children or otherwise needy people.) Thus I plan many daily activities around exercise. Unfortunately, my eating habits lack the same organizational prowess. So once again, I am working on a better eating lifestyle.
I'm not following a specific diet, rather trying to focus on having protein at every meal and snack while restricting my intake of simple carbs.
