32 years old. I reached a terrible 270lbs at 5' 11' 44" waist. I saw my reflection one day on a window and became very irritated. I am now 225 and have a goal of losing another 25lbs. 38" waist and dropping. I run about 10 miles a week. I do a lot of circuit training. I love cardio. I'm working on some strength training right now. I'm very proud of myself and like to encourage others on their healthy success.
