Hi there! I am a 39 year old mother of two gorgeous kids aged 19 years and 4 years. I never had any weight issues until late 20's but following Weight Watchers allowed me to lose 67 lbs before I was 29. My weight slowly crept up from 143lbs at age 30 to 260+ lbs at 38. The reality of my situation really started to hit home when I noticed that airplane seats, bathrooms and other smaller areas were too small to be comfortable. I couldn't cross my legs anymore and I could not get pregnant. My blood pressure got very high, I had reflux, sleep apnea and a host of other personal issues that were a direct result of the weight gain.
I want to live healthy for myself, my husband and my kids. We all deserve it! My goal is to get to a healthy weight of 160 lbs. I will not fool myself into thinking I will ever look like I did at 29 years and 143lbs....but I can see what a healthy life would look like!
