I'm a freshman college student at the University of Minnesota who has always been a littly pudgey. I tend to go on extreme diets and workouts for a couple of weeks to a month, then fall off them for a few months and then work at it again. It's a cycle I'm tired of. I'm 6'1 and 221 close to becoming obese. I want to be 185 pounds a goal that seems miles away, though I know that is definitely not out of my reach. I'm open to any comments so please feel free to leave any helpful remarks!
