I am a 39 year old mother of 3 children ranging in age from 4 months to 8 years. I have gained about 15 lbs with each pregnancy that I didn't lose after having the baby and I am ready now to make the extra effort to get it off. I'm married, I live in Texas, and I'm a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have set a weight loss goal of 45 lbs which will get me down to 130 lbs (my pre-pregnancy weight). I plan on doing this at a rate of about 2+ lbs a week. I'm eating around 1800-2000 calories a day, which should help me lose over 1 lb/week, and I'm also breastfeeding my baby which will help me loose another lb/week. This is not including any calories I will burn doing an exercise program. I plan to keep plugging away at it until it's gone! ...and I can't wait!
