I started on my Ketogenic way of eating the last week of October in 2017. My weight has gone up and down on this journey but the overall trend is down.
There is no point in denying that adrenal fatigue and my extremely stressful job have taken a toll but I'm going to get healthy so that I can reach my ideal weight.
