I am a 36 year old who needs to lose over 100 pounds. I work long hours and also go to school in the evenings. I spend a lot of time behind a desk so finding time to work out is a big challenge! I am able to get to the gym about 3-4 times per week, which is not enough for someone who needs to lose this much weight.
I WILL SURVIVE!!! NO MORE EXCUSES :-)
