I'm 35 years old and have been struggling with my weight most of my adult life. All through highschool I weighed approximately 125-130 lbs. At 18, I moved out on my own and started gaining weight slowly. At 23, when I got married I was about 170 lbs. At 26, I was pregnant and at 9 mos I weighed almost 240 lbs. At 28, when my husband and I split I got so depressed and angry I went to the gym alot and barely ate and lost 70 lbs in 6 mos. Since then I slowly started putting on the weight again. When I got involved in my current relationship at 31, I weighed about 185 lbs and have gained 25 lbs. Over the past year, I haven't been very motivated to lose the weight again. I'd lose 6 lbs but gain back 10 lbs. We eat pretty healthy, but that one week out of every month I crave junk food alot of cake and chocolate and it feels like I can't get enough of. My goal now is to get healthy, exercise more and get to 150 lbs. I work as a PE Assistant for an elementary school and would would like to look the part and be a good example for the kids.
