I am a 27 year old woman who has struggled with weight since I was a child. I have gone from chubby to scary skinny, to fit, to extremely overweight, and everything in between. I am hoping to get to a healthy weight and more importantly, fitness and confidence level through a combination of maintainable healthy eating and exercise.
