I am an average lady, nearing my thirties and I'd love to get fit before that.Some people say that I'm not really fat, but I think my lower body is not just proportional with my upper body and I am not confident wearing shorts,skirts and dresses.
I have been trying to lose weight every now and then, but I have a problem with being consistent in exercising and eating right. When I weighed in and the weighing scale won't budge (after all the effort), I'll get back to my usual habits.
