I've been back in the gym regularly since March 2016. I am looking for motivation from like-minded people and I hope to be a motivation to others.
I work full-time, manage a home and stay healthy. It is takes practice to find a grove that works for you and your family and I want people like me to see that is is possible! I LOVE to see other busy adults who are getting it done instead of making excuses!
I eat a low card diet Monday - Friday. Without going overboard, I eat what ever I want on Saturday and Sunday.
I workout 5-6 days a week with intense cardio and weight/strength training.
