I've been on several diet plans - some worked, most didn't. Being a young, divorced, mother of 2 who works full-time, goes to school full-time, am embarking on a family business venture, following your standard diet plan/workout regimen doesn't work for me. I woke up one morning and said "Enough is enough!" (literally)...I wanna set REALISTIC goals for my natural weight loss - without the "aid" of diet pills or shakes. The day I decided to start being accountable for the nutritional decisions I make, is the day that my life changed.
