I've been a member of Weight Watcher's online since September 2008. I have lost 34 pounds, but have been stuck on a plateau for about 20 weeks. I am trying this to see if helps catapult me off so I can get this last 15 or so pounds OFF. I love to cook, and I teach PiYo (pilates/yoga fusion). I also take cardio, sculpting, and pilates classes on a regular basis, as well as go walking for my exercise.
