50 years old, have had significant back problems over last few years which has caused me not to be as active. This has led to an increase in weight. I have been as low as 235 lbs which was pretty good for me a few years back. I had been exercising and going to the gym, but due to injury have not been and weight has steadily increased over last 3 years. I am having an operation to correct it so need to lose weight before hand. I have been walking everyday for an hour for last 3 months, but need to adjust my diet as I have only lost a few lbs. $ weeks to op so need to lose at least 12 to 16 lbs minimum.
